The combined metropolitan schools recorder ensemble rehearsed in the city today for the Acacia Concert of the Festival of Instrumental Music 2015 which will be held at the Opera House on Monday 3rd August 2015.
Our students have diversified this year and are playing various recorders ... descant, treble and tenor.
Brian and Jack auditioned for solo parts on the descant and tenor recorders respectively. Well done boys. Bravo!

Jack will also be performing at the Opera House in the Mimosa Concert of the Festival of Instrumental Music on Thursday 6th August in the Recorder Camp Ensemble which will feature as an individual item.
Jack and Mrs Taylor attended the weekend Sydney Area Recorder Camp at Stanwell Tops at the end of April 2015.
